MGT203 Managing Across Cultures
Unit Description
This unit explores how to manage successfully cross-cultural diversities and the influence of culture on management. It critiques major theories of culture and their practical application to management issues such as negotiation, decision-making, human resource management, ethics, expatriation and power.
