LAW 202 Australian Corporations Law
Unit Description
This unit covers current corporate law in Australia including regulation of companies under The Corporations Act 2001 (Cmth), the incorporation process, internal regulation and dealing with the rights and duties of directors, corporate governance, shareholders and the division of power, share capital, company membership and disclosure obligations, and the regulation of corporations in financial difficulty including the administration and the winding up processes.
