HRM201 Human Resource Management
Unit Description
This unit aims to provide students with an understanding of the theory and practices of human resources in organisations. Students will develop understanding the processes of contemporary HRM in organisations that facilitate the achievement of the organisation’s strategy.
Students will be able to identify and design innovative HR solutions for HR related problems and opportunities.

Number of timetabled hours per week: 4 hours (2 hours in lecture and 2 hours in tutorial)
