BUS305 Governance and Professional Ethics
Unit Description
This unit considers the underlying concepts of organisational and professional ethics and governance. The unit will critically analyse ethical and governance issues in organisations and review relevant regulatory principles and processes of governance in Australia. It will examine economic, social, cultural, financial, managerial, and environmental aspects of business.
