ACC308 Advanced Management Accounting
Unit Description

This unit presents advanced management accounting practices to inform strategic planning and decision-making, management control, performance management and business sustainability. Students will apply analytical and problem-solving skills to strategy development and implementation in a variety of organisational contexts. They will examine issues such as sustainable management practices, corporate social responsibility and multi-national operations. At the end of this unit, students will have developed an in-depth understanding of advanced management accounting in practice.
